A Gateway to the Arts

A snapshot over the past 8 years:

An annual destination for the DC metropolitan area, Hyattsville’s Route 1 Corridor is proud to be a home for a homegrown, authentic community for the County’s Gateway Arts District. The Festival, originally developed by EYA in concert with the community to promote the Hyattsville area and the Arts District Hyattsville townhomes and shoppes, now builds upon downtown’s restaurant cluster for a day of publicity, heightened awareness, and new customers. Since 2012, the Festival has been organized by the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation.

Become a part of this annual event by becoming a member of the Hyattsville CDC: With your support, we can better generate outcomes that build audience, partnerships, and fundraising throughout Hyattsville and the growing economic nodes on and near Route 1.

The Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival will be held Saturday, September 19th 2015 from 11a-5pm. In addition to our corporate sponsorship guide, we now have two promotional opportunities for area businesses and arts organizations. Please see both fliers attached.

Program-Book-Ad-RatesProgram Book Ad Rates – The Hyattsville CDC invites area businesses to place an advertisement in the 2015 Hyattsville Arts Festival Program Book. View the 2014 web issue online.

Designed to showcase local businesses and services alongside our exhibiting and performing artists. Ad blocks begin at $75 up to $450, on a first-come first-serve basis due by 8/21/15.

Gateway Arts District Sep. 2015 T–Shirt Sponsors – The Hyattsville CDC invites arts organizations and area businesses to sponsor this September’s print edition. Each shirtis a 100% spun polyester side-seamed blend. Your logo would adorn the back of the newest Gateway Arts District t-shirts, for sale at the Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival on September 19th! One 5″x5″ logo is $200. Space is limited. There are only 6 blocks available. On a first-come first-serve basis.

This year, the Festival expects 4,500 visitors, over 70 exhibiting artists, and 6 mainstage performances from 11am to 5pm. The Prince George’s Gateway Arts District is home to over 350 artists and artisans, and home to over 200 brick-and-mortar businesses.
