With the 2015 launch, we welcome our growing Spanish-speaking population throughout Hyattsville, the Gateway Arts District, and Prince George’s County. The Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2015, from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The juried festival features 70 exhibiting artists and artisans as well as 6 mainstage performances. The festival expects 4,500 visitors, and is organized by the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation. Hyattsville, MD— The 8th Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival, held on Saturday, September 19th, 2015, from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., announces its six mainstage performers, with genres varying from a modern classical string quartet, hip hop dance, blues, jazz, griot, world, and afro-cuban music. The juried festival is anticipated to attract 4,500 visitors, and is organized by the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation.

Our Call for Exhibitors is open to all visual artists and artisans throughout the Greater DC Metropolitan Area. Our goal is to exhibit a variety of high-quality visual art from across our region, with weighted-preference applied to those who work/live/exhibit in the Prince George’s County Gateway Arts District.

Only original artwork, photography, handmade jewelry, and handmade crafts are allowed:
